Created by Artist Jennifer J Stephens, Artful Scents is about gifting a little bit of Aloha while incorporating a beautiful piece of art. Raised on the island of Maui, Jennifer works out of her studio in Kihei creating mixed media collage and assemblage art.

Artful Scents was started in 2017 as a Christmas gift idea that would incorporate Jennifer’s artwork, graphic design background and love of making and trying new crafts. They quickly became a hit with family and friends today.

Each of their candles is hand-poured in small batches, using 100% soy wax and non-toxic, phthalate-free, skin-safe, vegan, cruelty free clean scents which are infused with essential oils. All of their products are made in the Kihei studio with love and thoughtful attention to detail. The candle tins are designed by Jennifer with her artwork on the labels for a fun, unique touch.
