To keep macadamia freshness at its peak, we provide a “Best Before” date printed on the products and recommend storing them in a cool, dry place (below 68 degrees Fahrenheit).
Yes, all macadamia nuts offered through our website and company are 100% Hawaii-grown.
To preserve quality and prevent the chocolate from melting, we ship chocolate products Monday through Wednesday. We will ship with a small icepack during warm weather months (May through September). Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package. We are not responsible for melted orders upon delivery.
We do not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses since the contents are food.
We ship via FedEx in order to ensure quick and affordable shipping.
Orders normally ship within 3 to 5 business days. We do not ship during the weekends or major holidays. On occasion, severe weather can affect the shipping time of an order. Sometimes during weather delays, pickup and delivery services are delayed. Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you along with a tracking information.
