Macadamia Energy Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup macadamia nut butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

 

Directions:

  1. Stir ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. Chill for 1-2 hours in the fridge
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls
  4. Enjoy!
